Gaeilge365 is recruiting a Future Skills Coordinator -Grade 6 Level (Temporary 4 years) to lead the design and delivery of future-focused learning and development programmes that empower Irish-speaking staff, community leaders and youth leaders across the Dublin region. This role is a core part of the Gaeilge365 team, which is committed to embedding Irish in public life and building the capabilities needed for long-term, systemic impact.

The Future Skills Coordinator will work across the four Dublin local authorities to build the skills, confidence and capacity of those driving Irish-language innovation in their communities, workplaces and institutions. This includes leadership training, innovation practice, and community engagement tools, rooted in a deep understanding of the language landscape and the values of the Gaeilge365 programme.

The Future Skills Coordinator will report to the Programme Manager and contribute directly to the delivery of strategic goals under the shared work programme.

Salary: €57,895 - €70,730
