Job Description
The Homeless Service Operator position within Parkgate Hall, Dublin 8 has the responsibility of operating the Freephone telephone lines for people experiencing homelessness. The Homeless Service Operator is expected to carry out their duties with an understanding of the political context of local government and in such a manner that enhances public trust and confidence and ensures impartial decision making.
The Freephone service operates 365 days per year. The Homeless Service Operator works a roster based fixed fortnightly cycle with staff working 7 days over a 14-day period. Hours of work are from 1pm to 10.30pm on a rostered basis. The roster is split between 2 Freephone Teams comprised of 2 staff members on each team. Sample roster below:

Wages : €1,617.06 - €1,715.14
